maXimus 2.0 Build 4771

I released a bug fix version of maXimus today. This version includes the following fixes:

* Fixes a crash related to event drawing. I received a lot of crash reports this month related to this issue.
* Fixes a problem with reading phone numbers.
* Fixes a problem speed issue with the phone number and address dialogs in the patient information.
* Fixes a minor memory leak.

I also switched to a new installer program. Please manually uninstall previous versions of maXimus before installing this new version.
